all i’ve got is all i need

  • Yesterday marked the 25th anniversary of the death of Ian Curtis. My friend James attended a special tribute event in Exchange Square, Manchester and spotted Peter Hook (Joy Division/New Order), Mani (Stone Roses, Primal Scream), Clint Boon (Inspiral Carpets) and Guy Garvey (Elbow) in the crowd.
  • Kylie Minogue thanks fans for their support. Tests have confirmed the cancer appears to be confined to the breast and the popstar will be operated on later this week.
  • Listen to Miss valerie anthems like Jeff Buckley's "Hallelujah" and The Smiths "Bigmouth Strikes Again" courtesy of The Vicar... And while you're at it head over to Gorilla vs Bear and download Jeff Buckley's "Lover, You Should Have Come Over" and Beulah's "If We Can Land A Man on the Moon, Surely I can Win Your Heart" because they're both luverly.
  • Take Your Medicine has a Kaiser Chiefs track I've never heard before. I think its just alright.
  • Ever wonder where Libertines Pete and Carl got their nicknames? Get educated! It should also be noted that this book cover only fuels my dirty Pete/Carl boytouching fantasies. Hot.
  • Boytouching is all over PageSixSixSix.
  • Fabulous news! Stella McCartney will be designing a collection for H&M. Loves it. Especially since the Karl Lagerfeld line sucked so much ass.
  • Britney and Kevin: Chaotic was pathetic beyond words. Worst evs.
  • Be sure to watch the season finale of The O.C. tonight! It's gonna be drams!
