The 2004 MMVAs went down last night. It was terrible but there were few notable highlights:

The opening performance from The Beastie Boys was stellar!

I was beaming like a proud Mum at my old pal Ben (Billy Talant).

The singer from Sum 41 actually looked attractive.

Hilary Duff looked surprisingly fugly (and she sucks for being the only performer to lip-synch).

Oh and Hawksley Workman looked like a gangster.

Justin Hawkins (The Darkness) looked fab in his leather pants.

And, er, who the fuck invited Alexisonfire???
