Countdown to Unemployment... 3 days...
  • The Music have a new website!
  • Pete Doherty showed up in court this morning and changed his plea to guilty, which means he could face jail time for possession of an offensive weapon.
  • The Killers just finished taping their appearance on "The O.C." earlier this week. The band performed "Mr. Brightside" and "Smile Like You Mean It." The episode will air December 2nd on Fox.
  • Oh and check out Brandon Flowers on the cover of this week’s NME! Little birdies tell me "Mr. Brightside" himself has been dating the really really ridiculously good-looking Kiera Knightly!
  • Bad News: Franz Ferdinand have been forced to remove the track "Tell Her Tonight (Paul Sings In German!)" as the B-side of their forthcoming new single release "Michael". Good News: The band have made it available as a free download from their website.
  • Britney Spears' next single will be "My Prerogative", a version of Bobby Brown's 1988 hit. NO ONE CARES!
  • Rilo Kiley’s new album More Adventureous hits shops today and its already proving to be quite buzzworthy. We heart them.
  • Xtina looks super-fantastique in the new issue of Jane.
  • Take me to KROQ’s Island Invasion and I will love you forever. And/or possible bear your child.
  • The Brown Bunny In 50 Words and A Poem for Nicky Hilton Meister on The Day of Her Nuptials.
  • Still bored? Laugh at Jacksons.
