john peel day

  • Happy John Peel Day!
  • New Order kicked off the Peel Day celebrations last night in London and played a set entirely comprised of Joy Division songs!
  • Thom Yorke talks about the new Rdaiohead album a bit in a recent online post. He also referred to the band as "radioheadski" which I found quite charming.
  • Coldplay are already at work on a new album. Those kids need to chill the fuck out.
  • Noel does make a good point. He always does. Sigh. I wish it was 1994 again!
  • It's official. 'The Simple Life' has been cancelled. It shall be missed.
  • Bon voyage to our friend Mike D!
  • Happy 29th Birthday to “The Husband” who is both a brilliant person and a great friend! May the drugs and eyeliner forever be plentiful!
  • School makes me want to drink bleach... Life (and good blogging) resumes next Wednedsay.

    Er... Coldplay doesn't need top chill out. THey need to have some stimulants, chemicals, crash a car, cheat on Gwyneth.

    Do something re,otely exciting so the music stops being bland as fuck.
