on a personal note

WHAT A WEEKEND.

First of all my car died on Friday night at a super busy Toronto intersection at rush hour in the rain. Nice. Also nice was waiting for a tow truck from CAA (which didn't in the entire 50 minutes we waited there) while people screamed, honked and swerved around me until a cop arrived and escorted me and my smoking car to a nearby garage. Then the garage didn't have the part to fix it (it's been back-ordered for 6 weeks) so I have to pay to rent a car until GM decides to make/find more of the part. Booo!

Also shitty was attending a fun Halloween party on Saturday night where, despite only technically consuming 3 drinks, I was OFF MY FACE and resulted in the 2nd worse hangover of my life. I was dressed up like a Studio 54 patron ("70's coke whore") and my date was "Princess Diana". At the party I encountered a "Mod Wolf" (see here) and also Kenny of Kenny vs. Spenny fame who posed for a picture with me where he looks so unhappy it makes me question what I did/said to him in my drunken stopor. Good times.

Yesterday I was so hungover I couldn't leave bed until 3 p.m..

In short, I am awesome. My weekend was not.
