Because I have no clothes - and that's sad... So yeah, I'll be in TO if anyone wants to reach me. Better luck tomorrow.

Last night I went to a Town Hall meeting and learned an important lesson: "Hell hath no fury like angry farmers!"
  • Have your say on the NME Cool List 2004. Oh and for the record, we would rather shag "Spog (WTF!?!) the drummer from The Music" over "that pouty, foul-mouthed, poo-chucking mucky pup Martin Tomlinson out of Selfish Cunt" ANYDAY.
  • The Guardian re-examines Manic Street Preachers masterpeice The Holy Bible.

THIS EXPLAINS EVERYTHING! Craig Nicholls of The Vines has been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome!
"Asperger Syndrome is a neurobiological disorder which causes the sufferer to exhibit autistic-like behavior and marked deficiencies in social and communication skills... People with AS have difficulties with transitions or changes and prefer sameness. They often have obsessive routines and may be preoccupied with a particular subject of interest... Asperger Syndrome has only been recognized by professionals for a few years and those diagnosed with the disorder are often overly sensitive to sounds, tastes, smells, and sights. The person with AS may prefer soft clothing, certain foods, and be bothered by sounds or lights no one else seems to hear or see... These neurological differences may cause odd or unusual behavior. Before diagnosis, those with the condition are sometimes thought of as eccentric, absent minded, socially inept or awkward physically."

    Monday Mourning
  • So, like I was saying earlier, rapper Ol' Dirty Bastard is dead. We'll remember him fondly for...
    - storming the stage at the 1998 Grammy Awards to tell everyone "Wu Tang is for the children!"
    - his 1999 arrest for posession of crack cocaine and subsequent plea that police "make the rocks disappear" (because he felt he was a role model for kids),
    -
his awkward meeting with Victoria Beckham,
    - all the time he spent on the run from to po-po (to avoid jail and rehab) only to be picked up performing at his own concert,
    - and, most of all, back in the day when he let MTV cameras film him and several of his 13 children arriving at the welfare office to pick up food stamps in a limousine.
He may not have contributed anything to society but he made us laugh and for that we will miss ODB, a very special man.
    ANYWAY...

  • The Libertines 'Boys In The Band' DVD clips.
  • As Jet head back into the studio to record a new album, bassist Mark Wilson has a plan... "I will start my regimen to get extremely fat, 'cause I got a couple months off. I want to be one of those guys who they have to take the front of their house off and get a crane in and put them in the back of a flatbed truck 'cause they're too big to fit in the ambulance. That's my goal in life." ... Consequently, I have a newfound respect for Jet.

One thing's for sure... I've never heard so many people relieved and proud to be Canadian as I did today!
"As you lower the flag draped coffin of your son into a hole in the ground, I'm sure it will bring you great comfort to know that his last thoughts as he lay bleeding to death thousands of miles from home was probably, "At least those gays can't get married."
